We use Royal Mail for our product delivery. All of our items are tracked, however should you require signed for expediated delivery then this can also be arranged.
All orders paid for before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be sent the same day. At weekends, items will be sent on the next working day.
For orders over £20 we offer free delivery (unless you have a voucher or special offer code to use)
How can I return Eden Source products?
Hopefully you will be completely satisfied with the products that you purchase from Eden Source, but sometimes we appreciate that this happens.
All returns claims need to be made within 48 hours of product delivery (that is the time that you signed for your goods). Claims should be sent by email@example.com.
A full explanation of the problem, as well as an account of any damages, if relevant, should be given. Photographic evidence must also be provided. After an analysis of the situation, Eden Source will use its own discretion to determine the appropriate remedy.
You have the right to return Eden Source products within 14 days.
If there is an obvious fault with your product, Eden Source will replace or refund with apologies.
As our oil is shipped to you in a tamper-proof bottle, once opened it cannot be returned.
All return postage costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a postal or courier with tracking to keep an eagle eye on your package.
